Commentary on Marks Gospel
I have found this commentary of Mark to be excellent, and it has given me much pleasure to read it. I do KYB with a group of elderly women who have been Christians right from childhood, and I have only come under the sheltering wings of God some 35 years now. I love the way Charles Swindoll writes - it's like "daddy" reading a story - being so clear and concise and I like how he fills in the little details, explaining the Greek or Hebrew content of a word. I have many books by Rev. Swindoll and I have re-read many, you can tell how he writes just how much he loves Jesus and it's so wonderful and so encouraging and it just makes me wanna come back for more. Thank you for the pleasure.
